With over 17 years of industry experience in enterprise architecture, Russ is the Lead Field CTO within SHI’s Advanced Solutions Group (ASG). He guides leaders across multiple industries as they make mission critical decisions around enterprise business initiatives involving server, storage, backup, virtualization, DR, and cloud infrastructure. He is a subject matter expert in data center, cloud operating models, emerging technologies, and is proficient in many other core data center and cloud solutions.
Jeff cobb

Jeff joined SHI in March of 2019 and now leads a team of engineers and architects who focus on bringing technologies together to help customers solve their challenges around modern infrastructure, cloud, security, collaboration, and connectivity.
Prior to SHI, Jeff served as Global Security Practice Director for WWT and VP of IT/CISO for Capella Healthcare. With a 25+ year career in information technology and security, Jeff has an extensive background in healthcare, leadership, enterprise architecture, strategy, and business integration.
Ryan Sheehan is responsible for the Pre-Sales Solutions Engineering organization, Post-Sales delivery, and MSP practices, as well as the overall technical strategy for SHI’s corporate sales teams.
Ryan received his Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering Technology. He is involved in foster care and enjoys volunteering in his local community.

Cory spent the first 11 years of his career at Eastridge, a Regional Microsoft Solution Integrator providing professional and managed services centered around the Microsoft ecosystem. Eastridge was an early services partner for Azure and Office 365 where Cory was a Software and Solutions Architect leading global projects related to the Microsoft technology ecosystem. In 2016, Cory was serving as both an Eastridge Partner and VP of Services and helped close the SHI acquisition of Eastridge. Following the acquisition Cory joined SHI as the Managing Director within the SHI Advanced Solutions Group and later established the Cloud and Managed Services Division within ASG. Cory has been key in transforming the SHI Cloud and Services strategy over the past four years at SHI.
In his role as Senior Vice President – Enterprise, Eric leads and develops high-performing sales leaders and sales teams. He is responsible for the vision, strategy, and execution of results in the Enterprise segment. His track record includes over 20 years of demonstrable revenue and profit growth, account acquisition, penetration, and retention across the SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments.
Eric joined SHI in 2010 after spending eight years with Softchoice in a variety of sales and sales leadership roles. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from The University of Georgia.

Jerrod joined SHI in January 2014 and has had multiple roles in ASG. He started in NYC as a Field Solutions Engineer. He moved to SE leadership, supporting the Northeast, Central, and TOLA regions before being responsible for the Presales Solutions Engineers nationally across 4 SHI business units.
Prior to joining SHI, Jerrod spent six years at Dell, starting as an inside technical seller focusing on software and finishing his tenure at Dell as a Storage Account Executive focusing on NYC. Before going SHI, he also spent a year at a startup, Joyent Cloud, supporting the east coast and Europe.

James joined SHI in August 2021 as Senior Vice President of Strategy before being named Chief Financial Officer in June 2022. As CFO, James centralizes controllership and strategic functions ensuring that SHI's financial position remains ready to support sustained growth.
James has more than 25 years' experience within the IT Industry and has held CFO and Senior Leadership positions with CDW, Cisco and Dell. Across his career, he has delivered Scale and Profitable growth through Sales Enablement, Strategic Partnerships and Operational Excellence. James is a Chartered Accountant and has a bachelor's degree in accounting and finance.
Lane Shelton is a seasoned veteran in the tech industry with over 26 years of experience. Lane's journey with SHI began in 1996, starting as an inside sales representative. Through 2006, he served in various roles such as a global account executive, Director of European Operations, and Director of Strategic Planning. He returned to SHI in 2022 to build and lead the Microsoft and Software Advisory Group. He and everyone on his team are passionate about helping SHI’s clients optimize their technology investments.
Having started at SHI back in 2004 as a purchasing representative, Adam is now SHI’s Sr. Director of End User Compute.
He moved over to the Hardware and Advance Solutions department in June of 2012 as the Apple Business Development Manager and eventually to Apple Team Manager. In April of 2019 he became the Director of Mobility Hardware and Carrier partnerships. Today he runs the entire End User Compute practice of 220 people that cover pre-sales support and partnerships for all business units with the top EUC partners of SHI across the globe.
Cheryl is the Director of End User Compute at SHI based out of the UK. With 28 years of experience in the IT channel, Cheryl started her career in software licensing before expanding her expertise to hardware and services in 2013. Cheryl now leads SHI’s EUC business throughout EMEA and is responsible for developing strategic partnerships with key EUC partners as well as leading a team of Business Development Managers and Solution Engineers.
David O’Leary brings more than 25 years of business, technology, and security industry experience to his role as Senior Director of Security for SHI. He oversees the strategy, development, and delivery of SHI Security Solutions, and works with clients to implement cybersecurity programs that support strategic business objectives. He has extensive experience directing and managing various network and security engineering teams, including in the enterprise space for UPS, Merrill Lynch, and Schering Plough.
Jim Joseph is a senior technology executive with over 20 years of experience across cloud, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence. He has held senior positions at Google Cloud, VMware, Palo Alto Networks, and SHI International, where he helps enterprises harness emerging technologies to drive innovation and business value.
