Jack Hogan is a seasoned technology executive with more than 30 years of experience, spanning both customer-side innovation and vendor-side strategy. He spent 23 years as a co-founder, CTO, and IT operator at LifeScript, where he led technology strategy and large scale transformation initiatives. He later served at Pure Storage/Everpure for seven years, helping shape data center, hybrid cloud, and hyperscale cloud solutions and strategic partnerships. Jack leads SHI’s specialized overlay team of 200+ AI-specific architects, engineers, solutions consultants, software engineers, and data science experts. He is also the visionary leader responsible for envisioning, building, launching, and scaling SHI’s AI & Cyber Labs. Jack works closely with SHI’s global, strategic, and public sector customers, advising on data center optimization, hybrid cloud, and full-stack AI initiatives.
Lee Ziliak is the Field Chief Technology Officer for SHI’s Advanced Growth Technologies (AGT) team, bringing more than 40 years of IT and cloud leadership experience. He provides technical direction across AGT and leads SHI’s principal architects and pre-sales engineering teams, guiding customers through complex challenges with outcome-driven solutions. Before joining SHI in 2017, Lee spent 26 years at Verizon, where he led early virtualization, private and public cloud initiatives, and enterprise architecture programs. An AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Lee blends deep technical expertise with real-world execution to drive customer success.
Rami Douenias is an accomplished technology executive with decades of experience building and scaling outcome-driven AI and data solutions across the enterprise. He has held senior leadership roles at IBM, Brocade, EMC, Veritas/Symantec, Everpure, Cohesity, Quantum, and DDN, where he built high-performing teams and led solution engagements tied directly to ROI, efficiency, and transformation. At SHI, Rami serves as Head of AI Platforms, Infrastructure, and Solutions Engineering for AGT, leading global efforts to operationalize AI across infrastructure, platforms, and applications to deliver immediate, measurable business value.
As SHI's Director of AI Sales, Tyler Webb leads the AI Pursuit Team of Sales Overlays, regionally based AI solutions advisors and specialists dedicated to helping SHI's customers imagine, experiment, adopt, and scale AI. With 15+ years in technology sales, including a decade in enterprise sales leadership, Tyler brings a consultative, outcome-driven approach to demystifying AI for SHI account teams and customers.
